PERSONAL NOTES
Mrs C. Ashford is a Wanganui visitor to Wellington for race week. She is staying with Mrs. T. Nixon, Hobson Street. Miss May Murray, Palmerston North, is visiting Wellington for race week. Mrs. T. H. Tanner, Day's Bay, and her small son have returned home after spending four months with Mrs. Tanner, sen., Hobart, Tasmania. Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Duncan, Gisborne, are visitors to Wellington, and are staying at the Midland Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. W. Richmond, Hastings, are staying at the Midland Hotel. Miss N. Pool, Wellington, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Pool, "Corsham," Akaroa. According to recent news, Dr. and Mrs. D. H. Bett, formerly of Palmerston North, who for the past five years have lived in Jersey, Channel Islands, have moved to Oxford, where their son, Mr. David Bett, is continuing his medical studies at Exeter College, being now in his second year. .
