TRIPOLI PIPE LINE
BEING DIVERTED TO HAIFA

ISTANBUL, July 5.
The oil pipe line which ends in Tripoli is being diverted to Haifa under an agreement between thd Mosul Petroleum Company and Irat Conversations between Britain and Turkey are proceeding in reference to Syria.
