WHAT a wonderful Book is the Bible. The Modernist and false teacher, ia the blindness of their hearts, and deceived by Satan, the god of this world (2 Cor. 4:3-4), fail to see the glories that God ha« displayed in this Sacred Volume. In Gen. chap. 22, we see Calvary foreshadowed. We see the father giving up his son to death. Please read John 3:16. In chap. 23, Sarah, the wife of Abraham, dies. She is a.type of Israel. After the Jew* rejected and crucified their Messiah, they died as a nation. In chap. 24 Abraham sends his servant into the far country, to win a bride for his son Isaac. So the Holy Spirit is in this scene to take out from ' Jew and Gentile a people for His Name. (Acts. 15:14.) To win a bride, for the Blessed One, who was once crucified, but is now the exalted One, the Lord Jesus Christ. Soon the last one will be gathered in. Then with the voice of the Archangel, and with the Trump of God, the Lord will rapture Her into His own - Blessed Presence. (1 Thess. 4:13-18.)
