RUBBER AND.TIN QUOTAS

LONDON, July 5.
The recovery in equities has made further striking headway on the London Stock. Exchange. Leading industrials registered rises' up to 30 per cent, from the.recent depressed levels. The news about the French fleet assisted the rising trend.
The International Rubber Regulation Committee has fixed the export quota at 85 per cent, for the July to December period. The "Financial News" learns that the International Tin Committee is to raise the quota to the record level of 130 per cent, for a period of one year.
