EGYPT'S OUTLOOK
LOYAL TO TREATY
FOREIGN POLICY STATED
(Received July 4, 2 p.m.)
LONDON, July 3
The Prime Minister of Egypt has reaffirmed his country's determination loyally to fulfil her treaty with Britain. His statement made in Parliament was unanimously approved. The basis of foreign policy, he said, would be a free, one to all foreign countries which were not affected by the war. Egypt was anxious to maintain her integrity and independence and equally anxious to fulfil her obligations. The Government desired to save Egypt from the horrors of war and avoid an economic crisis.
