INTERCESSORY SERVICE
Yesterday's intercessory service in
the Town Hall was well attended by citizens in all watt of life. At the first session, Colonel F. Burton, of the S Salvation Army, presided. Mr. W. F. 'i~ Curie led the prayer for the -King and *r Empire. The Mayor (Mr. T. C. A. His- ~ lop) read the lesson. The.Rev. D. B. S Forde Carlisle and Brigadier E. Smith
S led further prayers. Mr. R. Hardie S Boys was chairman of the second sesE sion, during which the Rev. P. Paris is; delivered a short address.
