TRADERS' FINANCE, LTD,
Shareholders of the Traders' Finance Corporation, Limited, yesterday unanimously adopted resolutions reducing the capital of the company from £157,500 to £122,500 by the paying-off of certain issued preference shares and the cancellation of others unissued. Subject to the approval of the- Court the future capital of the company will be made up entirely of ordinary shares of 17s 6d each.
