ALLIED PLAN TO OVERWHELM

LONDON, July 3
The Berlin news agency states'that documents show; that the Allies planned to overwhelm Germany by cutting off or destroying the Swedish ore mines, destroying. Russian and Rumanian oil-wells, drawing Scandinavia into the war against Germany, and entangling Rumania, Turkey, Greece, and Yugoslavia.
The Berlin radio announced that the documents were of French origin and were found in a disabled train during the French retreat. The documents, it was stated, are so important that the Government is not waiting to issue a White Book but is publishing them in serial form in the German Press.
