Dredge returns foir June weres Barrytown, 2070z for 500 hours' worlc and 213,000 yards excavated; Kaniert 11290z for 514 hours and 276,000 yards? Arahura, 15330z for 563 hours and 352,000 yards.
When fire broke out in a bed-sitting-room occupied by Mr. J. Keating on the first floor of 145 Dixon Street, * ten-roomed wooden house, damage wa§ done to some clothing, a chesterfield, and a carpet. The outbreak, which, was caused by clothes coming into contact with an electric radiator,, occurred at about half-past five yesterday after*, noon. The flames were extinguished by bucket pumps.
