AUSTRALIA'S FISCAL YEAR
(Received July 2, 10.30 a.m.) CANBERRA, This Day. ' The Commonwealth financial surplus for the fiscal year just closed amounts to about £3,000,000. This is exclusive of the £9,000;000 excess revenue appropriated by the Federal Parliament re.cently for defence and war purposes.
