LONDON, June 10.
The Bucharest correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that Turkey is reported to have ordered emergency military measures in preparation for a possible entry into the war.
The Istanbul cprrespondent of the same agency says that the Premier, Dr. Saydam, and the Foreign Ministe, M. Saracoglu, conferred with the Allied Ambassadors at midnight. All military leave has been cancelled. The Budapest co-respondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain states that communication has been resumed with Turkey, but under a strict censorship. The Hungarian Foreign Office declared that there is reason to believe that Italy's entry info the war will not affect peace in South-eastern Europe, but Hungarian troops are reported to be moving to the Rumanian frontier as a precaution against a Russian move against Rumania.
