This well constitutes a record for the North Island at least, if not for the whole of the Dominion. It delivers 1000 gallons of beautiful crystal-like water every minute of the 24 hours. It is down to a depth of 658 feet, and all the way by a 6 inch tube without any telescoping. This firm can certainly, claim to be the most successful Well Boring Engineers operating in the country today. Their plants are the very latest, and being mounted on powerful lorries, are very mobile. Artesian wells have been bored in almost every part of the island by the firm, and great success has always attended their efforts. They have many remarkable wells to their credit.
