TRAVELLERS' EFFORT
Members of the Commercial Travellers' and Warehousemen's Association are taking a prominent part in promoting the Sick, Wounded, and Distress Fund Appeal, now operating throughout New Zealand. Tomorrow an energetic committee of "C.T.s" will take over the Red Cross shop in Lower Willis Street for" the day, and a drive will be made to swell the takings from this already popular centre.
The Commercial Travellers also have the control of the raffle for a £315 motor-car,' and in the next few weeks they will be busy disposing of sixpenny tickets, in this effort. Today,, as part of the street effort, they were weir to "the fore advancing this project. • - ■ • ••:■■■■
