RUSSIANS IN HANKO

LONDON, April 22,
On the far side of the Baltic the Russians are now getting the first fruits of their attack on Finland. The first units pi the Soviet Fleet have arrived at Hanko, which has been leased for 30 years, The Gulf of Finland is still frozen, but a passage through the ice was cut by an ice-breaker. Hanko will now become a Russian naval base, An exqhange of prisoners has be|gun. '■
