DUKE OF RUTLAND
(Received April 22, 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 21. The Duke of Rutland, a brother of Lady Diana Duff-Cooper, is dead. He is succeeded by' his eldest son, the Marquis of Granby, who is at present a j second lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.
