MESSAGE FROM MUSSOLINI
(Received April 22, 9.30 a.m.) ROME, April 21. Signor Mussolini sent the following birthday message to Herr Hitler: — "Most sincere wishes in the name of the Fascist Government and the Italian people, in confidence that the German people will be equal to the great test it faces."
