SPORTS POSTPONEMENTS
A number of sports fixtures for tomorrow have been postponed locally and in other parts of the Dominion as a mark of respect to the memory of Mr. Savage.- The interproviricial jaseball tournament, which was ; to have been held on. the Basin Reserve, has been postponed for a week, and there are golf clubs which will not new be opening their seasons tomorrow. The I Centennial Cycle Club will not be holding its usual outing. All race meetings have been postponed.
