ROUND-UP IN INDIA

NEW DELHI, March 14.
The Central Government is rounding up leaders of the Communist Party, which was made illegal in 1935. Many have continued to operate in a widespread underground movement and have gained a hold on branches of the Congress Party and trade unions, doing their utmost to impede ,the war effort.
