MORAL EMBARGO CONTINUES
(Received March 15, 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 14. The Secretary of State, Mr. Hull, stated at a Press conference that the moral embargo against the Soviet would not expire automatically with the close of the Russo-Finnish war.
