SALVATION ARMY PARADE
An impressive parade of Salvation Army adherents assembled at Wellington for the Salvation Army Congress was a feature of the Exhibition functions last evening. Three Wellington bands, the Citadel, Welington South, and Petone, provided the music for the marchers, who assembled in the grounds near the Kingsford Smith Street entrance and marched in divisions to the Festival Hall, where a musical demonstration was given. Lieutenant-Commissioner Smith took the salute in the foyer, and complimented the bandsmen on their display. He mentioned that many Salvation Army bandsmen had enlisted and were already overseas,
