AMERICAN LOAN TO CHINA
WASHINGTON, February 8. The loan administrator of the Import and Export Bank revealed negotiations for a new loan to China, to be repayable in tin. The Bill permits China to receive the 20,000,000 dollars in addition to 25,000,000 dollars previously lent.
