MORE FELICITATIONS

The Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage) today received two more messages conveying greetings to the Dominion on its Centennial, celebrations. - The following is a copy of a telegram received from Lord Craigavon, Prime Minister of Northern. Ireland: i"On behalf of the Government of old ■Ulster I tender to you and the people iof New Zealand cordial felicitations on reaching this milestone in your history. We admire profoundly your patriotic war efforts and congratulate you heartily on your inspiring Empire message." ~

The following telegram was received from the Australian and New Zealand Association at Buenos Aires: "New Zealanders and Australians resident in Argentina send warmest greetings occasion New Zealand's Centenary."

THE SOUTHERN CROSS

HARBOUR TRIP TOMORROW

' The mission yacht Southern Cross (Captain McPherson), which arrived in Wellington yesterday morning after a very stormy passage from Napier, was last here two years ago. It is announced that in future she will come to New Zealand twice a year, and, when possible, will visit a number of ports.

On the present trip she has on board a few missionaries and native clergy. There are five English officers and a crew of 24, composed entirely of Melanesians.

A trip round the harbour has been arranged for tomorrow afternoon, for which a small charge is to be made. On Sunday afternoon there will be a service on board, at which Bishop Baddeley, of Melanesia, will give the address. Loud-speakers are being provided, so .that those assembled on the wharf may hear.

Bishop. Baddeley will be preaching in Wellington on Sunday morning atj St. Peter's, and in the evening at St." Jude's, Lyall Bay. I

The Southern Cross will leave on Tuesday, at 6 p.m., for Nelson.
