The Privy Council has granted leave to appeal in forma pauperis in the case of Brott versus Allan, of New Zealand.

The case is one in which George Brott, a labourer living near Whangarei, proceeded against Robert L. Allan, the driver of a motor-car which knocked Brott down in July, 1936. The Court of Appeal decision was in favour of the defendant.
