VISIT TO WATERFRONT

LONDON, February 8,
Their Majesties visited Bristol and talked with the skippers of merchantmen in port. Almost all had experienced enemy attacks either in this or the last war. Their Majesties saw frozen lamb from the Dominions being unloaded, and were told that large quantities of lamb, butter, and beef are arriving daily.
Their Majesties also visited the Bristol Aviation Company, where Bristol Beauforts demonstrated power-diving to within 50 feet of the ground.
