LONDON, Thursday Night.

A report on the disaster to the Italian liner Orazio has been presented to Signor Mussolini by his Minister of Communications. The report says that the fire was caused by a series of five or six explosions at intervals of seven seconds in the main left motor of the liner. It appears that 110 people are still missing, and they left the ship despite orders to the contrary given by the captain. The report states that _the passengers and crew were divided into two groups (at the stern and the bow) by the fire. The captain ordered that they should wait for the arrival of assistance and not lower boats. The group on the Stern were afraid that the ship would sink before help arrived, and lowered three boats. One was found later by a French liner, but there is still no news of the others. The report concludes that the occupants must be presumed lost.
