Sir Walter Citrine the other members of the British National Council of Labour mission to" Finland arrived in Helsinki this after-". ' noon and are being entertained to "- dinner tonight by the Finnish Foreign Minister.
In ari' interview, Sir Walter Citrin* said that the delegation wanted to / see the conditions of the Finnish workers so that they could deny the suggestions of the Communists about th« alleged White terror in Finland.
