AIR ATTACHE AT WASHINGTON
WASHINGTON, January 24.
The Canadian Government announced that it has appointed Air Commodore W. R. Kenny, of the Royal Canadian Air Force, as .^ir Attache at the Canadian Legation. This is the first time in history that the Canadian forces have been represented at Washington. - ,- ■•' The appointment is regarded in Washington as the first step in making effective contact between the defence authorities of the United States and Canada. It is understobd that the United States will shortly reciprocate.
