OIL CONSIGNMENT
SAID TO HAVE BEEN SEIZED
PY RUSSIANS
LONDON, January 21
The Belgrade correspondent of "The Times" says that a German commission^ is investigating the non-arrival at Cracow (Poland) of a consignment of petroleum from Rumania.
It is.reported that the* consignment was discovered by Russians, who seized it and diverted it to the Finnish front.
Similar disappearances have been frequent since the railway from Cernauti to Lemberg was reopened. It may be another reason for the presence of the German troops in Galicia.
