LONDON, January 21
Sir Ralph Glyn, M.P., writing in a local newspaper in his constituency, said: "Support of the Government by many members is being severely strained and may snap unless the Prime Minister sees the way to a much more drastic reconstruction of Cabinet. Parliament has assembled with an increased feeling of lack of confidence in certain Ministers." .
Sir Ralph Glyn criticised the Ministry of Agriculture, the Food Ministry, and also Lord Stanhope and Sir Samuel Hoare. ~
Major Sir Ralph Glyn, Bt., has been Unionist member of Parliament for the Ab'ingdon Division of North Berks since 1924, and Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Prime Minister since 1931.
RUGBY.—The King and Queen, who spent the weekend at Windsor Castle, returned to London today.
