ROME, January 20. j A semi-official review of international relations expresses • the opinion that the myth of the irresistible power of the Bolshevist army has been! exploded by Finland. The Soviet leaders, it is stated, preferred a German i alliance to a British and French allijance because they realised that the JRed army could not defeat the Gerimans.
