The Dominion Auctioneering Co., Ltd.. Palmerston North, reports receiving a medium entry of pigs at their usual weekly sale and a large entry of poultry. Pigs were > somewhat easier in price, particularly for weaners and small stores, the demand for porkers, however, remaining firm. Poultry was: considerably cheaper but in most cases the venders met the market. Fruit and produce were in the usual supply.
