GOLDEN WEDDING CELEBRATED
Mr. an<J Mrs. F. WaJlis entertained a number of relatives and friend.B re« cently at their residence, 110 Hutt Road, Petone, on the occasion of their golden wedidng., A very happy eventing was spent by all those ©recent, among whom were their two bridesmaids of 50 years ago, Mesctejneg A, and P.- Ramsay (Wellington), sisters of Mr. Wallis. Also present were their only daughter, Mrs. H. E. Nicholls, and sons, S. and H. Wallis (the eldest s~n Bert being resident in Australia). Other guests included Messrs. F. and H. Rowe, brothers of Mrs. Wallis; Mesdames S. Wallis, G. Wallis, F. Rowe, H. Rowe, C. Tonks, W. Rowe, E, Rowe, J. Newton, F. Brown, M. Nicholls, E, Holgate, E. Corson, M. Willis, Missies Madge Milne, Veda Flynn, arid Messrs. H. E. Nicholls, W. Rowe, E. Rowe, M. Nicholls, G. Wallis, A. WaUis, F, Brown, J. Newton, F. Brown, W. Holgate, and others.
