ARMS TO CHINA
DENIAL BY FRANCE
PARIS, January 16. Japanese allegations that arms and munitions are reaching China via the French Indio-China railway are officially denied. A statement says that Japan appears to be trying to justify the destruction of China's last railway link with the outside world. If bombing of the railway continues France will be tempted to regard it as lack of discipline in Japan's military forces.
