SUSPICIOUS FIRES
SHIP LOADED WITH WOOL

BRISBANE, December 12.
Detectives are inquiring into a fire on an oversea vessel on which 860 bales of wool were loaded last week. The ship was due to leave when the fire was discovered. Eventually it wa3 subdued, after which a second fire occurred which did extensive damage.
