Following is an official analysis of Royal Air Force casualties during the war, which total 385: —
Killed in action, 58; died of wounds, received in action, 2; missing, believed killed in action, 14; wounded in action, 1; missing, believed prisoners, 9; missing, 73: prisoners. 8; killed on active service, 150; died while on active service;' 59; died of wounds on active service, 1; missing, believed killed on active service, 3; wounded on active service, 7.
