CHARGES DISMISSED
Charges of unlawful conversion of a motor-car and of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car, against Donald Kirkland, a steward, aged 30, were dismissed in the Magistrate's Court, yesterday by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M. The defendant, who was represented by Mr. T. A. Tarrant, was fined 10s and costs for driving without a licence. :
