ENTERTAINMENT AT EWART HOSPITAL.
A most enjoyable entertainment was given the patients of the Ewart Hospital this week. Dances were given by- the Misses; V. 'Emden, A. Grounsell, P. Tull, N. Horsley, V. McGhee, A. Jensen, D. Brown, L. Ireland,' M. Spenway, J. Brown, and .Master Petherick., An amusing dance., burlesque was also given by Messrs. Donald and Cole. Songs were contributed by Miss G. Gf en wood. Miss E. Thompson, and Mr.Harboard. The entertainment, which was greatly appreciated by all present, was arranged by Miss Pyllis Oliver. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the visitors. In proposing ■it, the patients' representative referred to all visiting entertainers as being; a link with the Outside world from which the patients had temporarily retired, and: therefore the visits were much appreciated. ; r.
