CONVERTED A BICYCLE
Stopped by a constable because he was riding an unlighted bicycle along Vivian Street in the early hours of the morning, Martin Joseph Quinn, aged 26, a seariian," candidly admitted to the constable that he had taken the bicycle from Taranaki Street, said Sub-Inspec-tor D. J. O'Neill in the Magistrate's Court today, when Quinn pleaded guilty tb converting the bicycle to his own use. Mr. O'Neill said that, so far, the police had not. found the owner of the machine. Quinn, 'who said that' his ship would leave on Monday, was convicted by Mr. J. L." Stout, "S.M., arid ordered to come up for. sentence if called upon.
