NO EXPLANATION
U-BOAT ON GOODWIN SANDS
LONDON, October 27. There is no explanation as to how the German U-boat found on the Goodwin Sands came to be aground. It is understood that no survivors have been found. - Salvage vessels'and divers are now working on the U-boat. Between 50 and 60 bodies were landed at Dover from the wreck.
