COLONEL BECK AND POLISH
COMMANDER

LONDON, September 19
The Cernauti correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that a bitter argument between , the Polish Foreign Minister (Colonel Beck) and Marshal Smigly-Rydz occurred at the station while they were saying farewell to President Moscicki, who was entraining for Craiova, near the Bulgarian frontier, where he has been granted permission to reside. The subject was not disclosed. The two. are journeying by separate routes to Bucharest, whence, it is reported, they may be going to Paris.
