(Special to the "Evening Post.") CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The South Island spring campaign will be continued with the opening day of the Geraldine Racing Club's Annual Meeting at Orari tomorrow. Some of the horses who raced at Ashburton will be on hand again but they will make up only a portion of the large fields. A number of New Zealand Cup candidates will provide added interest. The betting will be under the win-and-place system, and the following may be fancied:— Hurdle Handicap.—Mount Val, Pink Robe, Bit o' Blue. Ohapi Hack Handicap—St. Cloud, Lady Don, Phil. Geraldine Cup—Wine Card, Night Dress, The Wrecker. Geraldine Trot Handicap—Kansas City, Marque, Passing By. Raukapuka Hack Handicap.—Flame Queen, Ferriby, Phenomenal.
