(Received September 4. 10 a.m.) LONDON, September 3. New York raports that the Oslo Got*respondent of the Associated Press of America says that King Haakon proclaimed Norway's absolute neutrality. The correspondent of the same agency in Helsinki (Finland) says that President Kyosti Kallio issued the following decree: ''During the war that has - arisen . between Germany '.and Poland, Finland will observe complete neutrality." . A Helsinki message says that M. Erkko, the Finnish Foreign Minister, stated that all northern countries united in their determination to preserve neutrality. A message from Oslo stated that Ger« many has informed Norway that she will in no circumstances infringe he* inviolability and integrity, but naturally expects absolute* neutrality from Norway and no toleration of any breach by a third Power. The Copenhagen correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain re» ports that Denmark has officially announced that she Will maintain hep neutrality.
