NOBODY AT RENDEZVOUS

TOKIO, September 2
The British authorities in Tientsin announced that the four Chinese charged with the assassination of Cheng Hsikang would be handed over to the Chinese local district court at 4 p.m., but when officials proceeded to the rendezvous nobody appeared. The British Consul, General Jamieson, said that the British Government had suspended the men's extradition.
