WOMEN'S GAMES
Wellington and Horowhenua drew 2-ali in a keenly-contested match for the Baker-Parata Cup, at Otaki, Wellington retaining the „■ cup.
At NewtoWn ■ Park Wellington women's1 hockey senior B and junior representative teams met Wairarapa, the senior game resulting in a win for Wellington by 6 goals to nil, and the junior match being drawn, neither side scoring.
In the third grade representative match Combined Colleges defeated the Rest by 3 goals to nil.
