CONTROLLING THE SALE x Regulations were gazetted early thi§' morning to institute control of the sale/ delivery, or other disposal of ~ any medical supplies - held "■ in; stock or arriving in New Zealand. Itwill be necessary for all firms dealing in medical supplies to obtain a permit to do so. The medical officers of health in the various centres will "have ' • delegated to them the powers of th« Controller of Medical Supplies vfos local application. Firms dealing in. medical supplies are required to mak» application to the local medical officer of health for permits to sell, deliver, or dispose of medical supplies , enumerated in a schedule to the re- . gulations.
