INDIAN PAPER'S OPINION

CALCUTTA, August 30.
The newspaper "Star of India" says that Mr. Chamberlain's speech will create extreme disappointment. It is felt that another fatal mistake has been made by the adoption of a hushhush policy at this stage and that the time has come to decide the issue finally.
