CHINA TO FIGHT ON
MESSAGE FROM GHIANG
LONDON, August 29,
The Chungking correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain reports that General Chiang Kai-shek, in a message to the nation, said that China would not relax her resistance, despite the turn in international events. She would cope with it in accordance with the national policy. He expressed the hope that, there would be no war in Europe and supported all the peace efforts.
