NEW CABINET
EFFORT IN YUGOSLAVIA
(Received August 26, 10 a.m.) BELGRADE, August 25. The Government has. resigned. M. Tsvetkovich has been entrusted with the formation of another Cabinet on a broader basis corresponding with a new unity of the nation, which wal reached by an understanding between the Bulgarian Croats.
