PRIZE
A Christchurch ticket-holder under the norn de plume of "Tidewaiter" won the first prize of £2000 in the "Pot Luck" art union, which was drawn yesterday afternoon. The other major prizes were well distributed, the fifth prize of £300 coming to Wellington. At the drawing Mr. J. R. Deal repre- J sented the Internal Affairs Department, and Sergeant P.
