ACCIDENTS

A grocer's assistant. Mr. E. A. Hawk, 2 Ellesmere Avenue, had the tip of the second finger of his left hand severed in a bacon cutter at 5.50 p.m. yesterday. The Free Ambulance took him to hospital.

Miss B. Sheridan, 7 Park Street, fell and broke her leg at about 3.55 p.m. yesterday. After she had received medical attention the Free Ambulance took her to a private hospital.
